About Zurich
Zurich is a city located in the north of the Switzerland near Lake Zurich and the River Limmat. It is one of the most beautiful cities in the country with a well-preserved old town. Zurich is also consider as the hub of Switzerland’s culture and nightlife.

Zurich is a green city. If you like shopping, be sure to check out the city’s main street Bahnhofstrasse, which runs from the train station to the lake and is known as one of the most expensive and exclusive shopping areas in the world. Nearby you will also find one of the most beautiful historic streets of the city the Augustinergasse and the Niederdorf quarter with its beautiful alleys. In the narrow streets of this quarter you will see Gothic style buildings, restaurants, cafes, night bars, designer shops and the famous Cabaret Voltaire artists’ house. You should also taste Swiss traditional dishes such as Fondue, Rösti (cooked jacket or potato cake), Älplermagronen (gratin with potatoes, macaroni and cheese).
