Eindhoven is the largest city in the south of the Netherlands, located on the Dommel River. It is a city of design, high tech and information technology companies. Giant companies such as DAF and Philips are located in the city, and the city is famous for its annual festival of lights in November.

After returning to Eindhoven, it is fun to stroll through De Markt, 18 Septemberplein and Catharinaplein squares, visit the artistic district of De Bergen, or take a walk in Rechtestraat, Stratumseind and Wilhelminaplein streets. Also, be sure to visit the La Trappe Brewery, which is more than 100 years old and is established in a monastery.
