Guadeloupe is an archipelago of more than 12 islands and French overseas region in the Caribbean Sea. Only five of them are inhabited islands, Basse-Terre, Grande-Terre, Marie-Galante, La Désirade and Les Saintes, but the main two islands Basse-Terre and Grande-Terre are recognized on a map by a shape of a butterfly.
