About Edinburgh

It is worth trying out traditional Scottish dishes such as Haggis (bits of a sheep, boiled in the sheep’s stomach) and Kedgeree (spiced rice dish with fish). When you’re tired of the city, be sure to visit the Portobello Promenade for a stroll along the beach and interesting local shops.
